This document summarises insights from the Africa Systems Change Community of Practice’s Organisational Development labs. It highlights that organisations working on systems change, particularly with governments, face significant internal people and culture challenges, and offers strategic imperatives for building robust people and culture systems essential for effective government-focused systems change.
