The Africa CoP Leadership Hub creates a dedicated space for leaders from Co-Impact partner organisations to engage on issues that are particularly relevant to their roles.
The next session will focus on Leadership Transition, a topic that continues to resonate strongly across the community. Drawing on Busara Africa’s recent work supporting organisations and funders across the continent, this conversation will explore why leadership transitions are often challenging, the practices that support successful succession, and the roles of outgoing leaders, incoming leaders, and organisations in enabling healthy transitions.
The session will combine reflections from practice with opportunities for peer learning and exchange, including a case clinic segment focused on real leadership challenges.
