Africa Systems Change CoP In-person Convening
From 19th – 21st June, Busara Africa convened 53 participants from 8 countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, Uganda, South Africa, Zambia and Tanzania.
The participants were from organisations that Co-impact is funding to design or implement systems change initiatives.
The objectives of the convening were:
- To finalize the purpose, objectives, norms and ways of working of the Community of Practice (CoP) on system change.
- To get to know each other and build trust.
- To begin peer learning on specific topics.
Our report highlights key outcomes of some of the sessions of the convening.
Busara Africa convened 51 participants from 7 countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, Uganda, South Africa, Zambia and Tanzania at its first in-person convening of the Africa Systems Change Community of Practice on 19th – 21st June, 2024. The participants were from organisations that Co-Impact is funding to design or implement system change initiatives.
The Communities of Practice gatherings provided space to finalize the purpose, objectives, norms and ways of working of a Community of Practice (CoP) on system changes, get to know each other and build trust and to begin peer learning on specific topics.
