CDO’s initiative targets women in Ghana’s small scale fisheries post harvest sector, especially those without key fishery assets and social capital. The end goal is to improve government service delivery to provide the women with the needed support and opportunities to work meaningfully in the sector and produce better and dignified economic outcomes for themselves.

• Deep understanding of the needs of young people. (Youth-led and run organisation focused on building the capacity of young people).
